Very Genderfluid Misunderstanding

Text on the meme

Are u a trans no just very genderfluid What does that mean. U like cum?

What it means

A text-message exchange shows someone asking if the other person is trans. They reply that they are “very genderfluid,” which is humorously misunderstood as a sexual statement because of the word “fluid.” It is used as an edgy reaction meme about misinterpreting gender identity terminology.
