Sex? Can’t babe I hace to watch end of evangelion on the spongebob tv

What it means

A SpongeBob-themed television is showing the surreal climax of The End of Evangelion, while the caption says the viewer cannot have sex because they have to finish watching Evangelion on the SpongeBob TV. The joke combines an absurd excuse with the famously intense and bizarre ending of Evangelion, making it useful as a reaction to prioritizing a show over intimacy.
