What it means

A satirical illustrated character-profile page introduces Mike Davis, a bearded homeless man shopping with a basket, and Ann Green, a glamorous club owner holding a drink. Their profiles list bleak habits involving alcohol, pills, loneliness and emotional pain, while the cheerful dating-game-style layout makes the darkness absurdly funny. The meme is used as a reaction to a hopeless situation or when someone jokingly presents an exaggeratedly miserable personal profile.
