The Frog Council Decides
the council will decide your fate
Five plush frogs sit in a circle like a solemn council, apparently deliberating over someone’s fate. The joke presents an ordinary decision as a dramatic judgment by a mysterious frog tribunal, making it useful as an absurd reaction to situations where someone else has the final say.
