Man Collapses Under Security Camera

FOR TOWN HALL LEVEL ALARM

A person lies sprawled on the pavement beneath a security camera, beside an emergency alarm and a closed roller shutter. The joke is that the person appears to have dramatically collapsed right where the camera and alarm can record or respond to them, making the scene look absurdly theatrical. It is used as a reaction to pretending to be overwhelmed or having a comically extreme failure.
