BRO YOUR MOM FELL DOWN UPSTAIRS GO HELP HER UP

What it means

A dim basement or living room is shown with a television, desk, chair, and scattered objects. The caption says that someone’s mom fell down upstairs and tells them to help her up, creating an absurd impossible situation because falling down upstairs makes no sense.
