Your Profile Picture vs Real Life
Your profile picture You in real life
A collage contrasts grand, masculine profile pictures featuring historical-looking men, statues, and idealized portraits with the supposedly real person represented by cute anime cat-eared characters in awkward poses. The joke is that someone presents themselves online as imposing or intellectual but is actually a shy, silly, or cat-loving anime fan; it is sent as a playful self-deprecating reaction.
