Valentines Day Other People Me

Text on the meme

Valentines day Other people Me

What it means

A split-panel Valentine’s Day meme contrasts other people drinking through a pink heart-shaped straw from a glass with the creator drinking Sprite and Smirnoff together through the same straw. The joke is that couples celebrate romantically, while the speaker celebrates alone with an unconventional alcoholic-soft-drink combination. It is sent as a self-deprecating reaction to being single on Valentine’s Day.
