What it means

EN: A thin white-and-gray cat stands in an overgrown vacant lot, with a handmade “HELP!” notice for alcohol- and drug-dependent people behind it. Because of the cat’s worn-out appearance and the absurd coincidence with the notice, it looks as if the cat itself needs help; people send this image as an ironic reaction to a complaint or a difficult situation.
