Sonic Inner Ear Infection

have you been having problems with your sense of balance and ability to hear? God, you're might have an inner ear infection

Sonic sits on the floor while holding his leg, and a speech bubble says he might have an inner ear infection after asking about balance and hearing. The joke is a deliberately awkward medical diagnosis paired with Sonic’s unsteady-looking pose, making it useful as an absurd reaction to dizziness, confusion, or feeling physically unwell.
