Emergency Phone Not Installed
Emergency Phone Not Installed Please Do Not Have An Emergency At This Location
A yellow emergency phone station displays a notice saying that no emergency phone is installed and asking people not to have an emergency there. The joke is the absurdly unhelpful instruction to avoid emergencies simply because the emergency equipment is missing, making it suitable as a reaction to bad preparation or bureaucratic incompetence.
