You Died Motivation Staircase

YOU DIED I WILL DO IT I CAN DO IT I'LL TRY TO DO IT HOW DO I DO IT? I WANT TO DO IT I CAN'T DO IT I WON'T DO IT

A sequence of simple stick figures climbs a staircase while expressing increasingly uncertain attitudes toward completing a task, ending with a “YOU DIED” message. The joke is a parody of motivational progress: even after determination, confidence, planning, and trying, the person ultimately fails. It is commonly sent as a reaction to an overwhelming task or doomed attempt.
