The Thing Christmas Card
Merry Christmas Wish you were here
A group of rugged men stand together in the snow outside an Antarctic research station, styled like a Christmas postcard. The joke comes from using the isolated, ominous setting and the cast of The Thing to turn “Wish you were here” into a darkly ironic message, as if inviting someone to a place where survival is unlikely.
