Plastic Surgeon Says RIP

Text on the meme

HELP IS anyone a doctor?! HELP I’m a plastic surgeon RIP

What it means

A young man collapses on the floor while another person urgently calls for help. A supposed plastic surgeon arrives, and the injured man is then shown lying motionless in bed with “RIP” on screen, turning the rescue attempt into an absurd fatal punchline. Issam Alnajjar’s “Hadal Ahbek,” an upbeat Arabic pop song, creates ironic contrast with the dramatic emergency and mock-tragic ending, making the clip work as a reaction to situations that go disastrously wrong.
