Pedalboard With Plugs on the Side

Text on the meme

oh wow is that- a pedalboard with the plugs on the side? why yes it is...

What it means

A goth-looking woman notices a pedalboard with its plugs on the side, and a bearded man proudly confirms it while imagining an intimate encounter. The joke parodies exaggerated attraction to niche music gear, used as a reaction to someone being oddly excited about a highly specific technical detail.
