What it means

A tweet from a Trump-like account claims to be brand new to Twitter, despite having huge engagement numbers. The joke is the obvious absurdity of pretending to be a newcomer while receiving hundreds of thousands of retweets and over a million likes; it is used as a sarcastic reaction to someone acting unfamiliar with something they clearly dominate or know well.
