Being Dead Is Exhausting

DAMN BRO BEING DEAD IS EXHAUSTING

A tattooed, bloodied video-game character walks through a futuristic city past several fallen bodies, apparently continuing on despite being headless or fatally injured. The absurd punchline is that even being dead is tiring, turning a glitchy violent gameplay moment into a dry reaction meme for exhaustion, overwork, or surviving a ridiculous situation. The clip is accompanied by background music that heightens the comedic contrast between the dramatic game scene and the casually annoyed caption.
