Blue Costume Causes Chaos
Yo wtfff 🤣
A person in a bright blue costume walks along a busy palm-lined beachfront street while people react and a police officer restrains someone on the grass. Another blue-costumed person appears to fall or lie on the sidewalk as the camera follows the bizarre scene. The joke is the absurd spectacle and the filmer’s disbelief, making it useful as a reaction to something unexpectedly chaotic.
