Text on the meme

ONLINE ONLINE ONLINE ONLINE LAST ONLINE 2 YEARS AGO LAST ONLINE 3 YEARS AGO

What it means

Tom, Jerry, and Spike sit together at a table holding glasses and labeled “ONLINE,” while Tom is alone in the grayscale lower panel, with the others marked as last online two and three years ago. The joke is about an old group chat where everyone was once active but has long since disappeared, making it a reaction to abandoned chats and inactive friends.
