Text on the meme

OREGON Plastic straws Meth

What it means

Drake rejects plastic straws but approves of meth, jokingly contrasting a socially conscious stance with an obviously harmful preference. The absurd comparison mocks hypocrisy and is used as a reaction to someone rejecting something harmless while accepting something much worse.
