Joe Biden's National Flag

Text on the meme

Hi guys Joe Bi-den here, when I become president this will be the national flag What the fuck Joe

What it means

A fake Discord exchange shows Joe Biden presenting a purple-striped American flag featuring an anime girl as the future national flag, prompting a baffled and profane reaction. The joke comes from the absurd political announcement and the unexpected anime redesign of the U.S. flag.
