What it means

A tiny turtle slowly approaches a bait container while a large nightcrawler hangs over its rim. The turtle stretches upward as if trying to reach the worm, turning an ordinary feeding moment into a funny scene of dramatic determination. It works as a reaction to wanting something just out of reach or making an unexpectedly intense effort for a small reward.
