All Stickers Except Stickers
ALL STICKERS EXCEPT STICKERS ABOUT STICKERS BEING PROHIBITED ARE PROHIBITED
A public sign says that all stickers, except stickers about stickers being prohibited, are prohibited. The joke is that the sign itself is covered in stickers or sticker-like marks, making it a self-contradictory rule and a fitting reaction to hypocritical or ironic restrictions.
