What it means

A montage of archival footage of Winston Churchill giving speeches, greeting people, gesturing by the water, and looking confused or amused. A nonsense intertitle and garbled speech make the clip feel like Churchill is trying to explain something completely incomprehensible. It works as a reaction video for confusing, incoherent, or overly complicated situations.
