Bababooey Mental Health Spiral

Bababooey I can feel myself getting worse again, my mental health is spiraling and i should probably seek actual help before those thoughts inevitably take over my entire mind again and leave me stuck in a dark terrible place

A minimalist black-and-white comic shows one speech bubble saying “Bababooey” while another person’s thoughts describe worsening mental health and the need to seek help. The joke comes from the absurd contrast between a silly catchphrase and a serious emotional crisis, making it useful as a reaction to masking distress with humor.
