He Doesn't Show Up
>play online with a friend once every 4-5 days >after playing, sit around and wait for the next 4 days to pass until we play again >he doesn't show up last night
A lonely person sits in a dim room waiting for a friend to return for their occasional online gaming session. The punchline is that the friend does not show up, making the narrator’s routine of waiting even sadder and more pathetic. It is used as a reaction to being ignored, ghosted, or having plans abandoned. EN: A lonely person sits in a dim room waiting for a friend to return for their occasional online gaming session.
