What it means

A fake social-media profile lists an absurdly extensive education and career history centered around sex, from the womb and nursery through university and past lives. The captions claim this proves the person is qualified for the job, making the joke a deliberately overconfident sexual pun used as an ironic reaction to someone claiming expertise.
