What it means

A chat screenshot shows a person introducing himself as deaf, then sending voice messages and complaining that he cannot hear them. The joke is the absurd contradiction of a deaf person trying to communicate through audio messages, making it a reaction to ironic misunderstandings or obvious contradictions.
