Sperm Bank Donation Truck

Hello sir, my donation for the the sperm bank is ready

A large polished tanker truck is shown on a rural road with the caption presenting it as an enormous donation to a sperm bank. The joke is an absurd visual exaggeration, using the tanker’s shape and size to imply an impossibly large quantity of sperm; it works as a crude reaction meme about overcontributing or being excessively prepared.
