40 Alternatives to Self-Harm

40 alternatives to self-harm Harm someone else

An anime girl in a school uniform first holds a sword while the caption says “40 alternatives to self-harm.” The clip then cuts to schoolgirls and a collapsing student under the caption “Harm someone else,” turning a serious self-help phrase into an absurdly violent punchline. Mick Gordon’s “The Only Thing They Fear Is You (Eternal Death Remix)” adds intense, dramatic metal energy, making the escalation feel comically overpowered.
