Neon Genesis Evangelion Go Outside

NEON GENESIS EVANGELION DEATH & REBIRTH GO OUTSIDE Do not fear to seek help when needed. Mental issues should not be ignored. Value what you have over what you had. Do not let yourself suffer in loneliness.

A Neon Genesis Evangelion poster is paired with earnest mental-health advice, while a crudely drawn face points toward the words “GO OUTSIDE.” The joke comes from the contrast between the dramatic anime imagery and oversimplified self-help advice, used as an absurd reaction to someone being isolated or overly online.
