PLEASE WAIT TESTING...

What it means

A handheld electronic device lies on a carpet while its small display says “PLEASE WAIT TESTING...” and then shows an animated field of blue-white dots for the rest of the clip. The joke is the exaggeratedly long, apparently endless testing or loading process, making it useful as a reaction to waiting for results or a response.
