Cat Before and After Weed

Text on the meme

Before

What it means

A cat chews on a cannabis leaf while the upbeat techno track “Bulfergor (Versión extendida)” by Leo Lazcano plays. The clip then cuts to the cat walking stiffly and erratically along a roadside, as if completely stoned; the contrast between the calm “before” shot and the bizarre after-effect creates the joke. It works as a reaction meme for feeling high, disoriented, or suddenly behaving strangely.
