Bringing Grandma Cookies

Text on the meme

oh boy i cannot wait to bring Grandma these cookies I hope she's doing alright

What it means

A small dog in a red hooded sweater carries a basket of cookies through an autumn forest, while a gray cat peeks from behind a tree. The innocent caption becomes darkly ominous because the dog worries whether Grandma is still alright, evoking a twisted Little Red Riding Hood-style journey. It is used as an absurd reaction to suspiciously wholesome or unsettling intentions.
