EN: A cat is lying on a pizza box with partially eaten pizza, while a knife, a bottle of Sprite, and napkins are visible nearby. The joke comes from the absurd combination of pizza and bread, along with the cat comfortably sitting directly on the food; the meme is used as a reaction to something strange or excessive.
