Dumb and Unfunny Family

Text on the meme

My Dad being smart and unfunny My mum being dumb and funny Me being dumb and unfunny

What it means

A three-panel cartoon meme shows a father being smart and unfunny, a mother being dumb and funny, and the speaker standing awkwardly between them while being dumb and unfunny. The joke is self-deprecating: the speaker inherited neither parent’s entertaining trait and is presented as the least amusing combination. It is used as a reaction to awkwardness, poor jokes, or feeling humorless in a funny family.
