Where's Timmy? Watching the Spongebob Squarepants movie OH-GOD NO

What it means

A crude three-panel comic shows someone asking where Timmy is, then discovering he is watching The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. The horrified reaction suggests the movie is unbearably bad, prompting an exaggerated panic response. It is used as a reaction to express intense disapproval or distress over someone’s choice.
