Wicked Witch Message

Like I said bro she was the wicked witch of the east her sister was the wicked witch of the west

EN: The camera moves through a room toward a desk, where a person wearing a black-and-red glove types a message on a phone. The message confidently explains that one sister was the Wicked Witch of the East and the other was the Wicked Witch of the West, referencing The Wizard of Oz. The joke comes from the absurdly serious explanation and the ticking sound creating a comic sense of anticipation.
