Coming back to school after the quarantine Only 4 of us? We started with over 20

What it means

The image shows Tanjiro Kamado and other Demon Slayer characters walking outdoors, with Tanjiro looking back in surprise. The joke is that after quarantine, only four classmates have returned even though the group originally had more than twenty, humorously comparing school attendance to a dramatically reduced anime cast.
