Eggplant Death Grip Syndrome

Text on the meme

Masturbation mistakes 🍆 Part 2 This is called the Death Grip Syndrome

What it means

A TikTok-style video begins with an eggplant under the caption “Masturbation mistakes 🍆 Part 2,” then shows a hand gripping a pink dumbbell before cutting through increasingly chaotic, blurry reaction clips of shocked and dancing cats and distorted visuals. The joke is a crude visual pun: “Death Grip Syndrome” refers to an overly tight masturbation grip, while the escalating absurd edits and Death Grips’ intense experimental hip-hop track make the premise feel frantic and ridiculous. It works as an absurd reaction meme about sexual awkwardness, overreaction, or losing control.
