What it means

A contemplative film scene of a person sitting on a wooden fence is paired with fast-paced gameplay footage from Subway Surfers. The joke is that the distracting gameplay makes a slow Tarkovsky film feel watchable to someone with a short attention span, mocking modern viewing habits.
