Moscow Address Confusion

Text on the meme

Enter your home address We’ll ask the person you invite to confirm they live at this address. Your home address Moscow, Russia, Can’t find your address? Moscow Russia Moscow Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia Moscow Tver Oblast, Russia

What it means

A home-address form shows several different places named Moscow, including Moscow in Russia, Moscow in Bashkortostan, and Moscow in Tver Oblast. The joke is the confusing ambiguity of the city name while trying to register an account, making this a reaction to a frustrating or absurd signup process.
