Belle Delphine Financial Support
The world: in literal chaos Belle Delphine: I am once again asking for your financial support.
The meme contrasts the world being in literal chaos with Belle Delphine asking for financial support, using a photo of Bernie Sanders's familiar fundraising appeal. The joke is that Belle Delphine is portrayed as shamelessly soliciting money even during a global crisis, and it is sent as a sarcastic reaction to relentless fundraising or monetization.
