Doge Reassures the Boys

Text on the meme

Don't worry boys COVID-19 will disappear just like the one u thought you'd marry someday

What it means

A Shiba Inu appears in a two-panel image, first looking mildly reassuring and then dramatically sad. The joke compares the disappearance of COVID-19 to the disappearance of the person someone once thought they would marry, turning reassurance into a bleak relationship joke. It is sent as a darkly humorous reaction to false hope, heartbreak, or bad news. EN: A Shiba Inu appears in a two-panel image, first looking mildly reassuring and then dramatically sad.
