Political Opinions Ruin the Music

Text on the meme

this was sent to a member of rage against the machine @tmorello I use to be a fan until your political opinions come out. Music is my sanctuary and the last thing I want to hear is political bs when i’m listening to music. As far as I’m concerned you and Pink are completely done. Keep running your mouth and ruining your fan base.👍

What it means

A Twitter screenshot shows an angry fan criticizing Tom Morello for expressing political opinions, claiming that music should be a sanctuary and threatening to stop supporting him and Pink. The joke is that the complaint was sent to a member of Rage Against the Machine, a band famously known for political lyrics and activism, making the fan’s outrage deeply ironic.
