Everyone in the Orgy Is Shocked
Me: finally gain the courage to talk about being HIV positive Everyone in the orgy:
A person finally gathers the courage to talk about being HIV positive, but everyone in the orgy reacts with intense shock and alarm. The punchline is the absurd contrast: the speaker expects a difficult confession, while the supposedly sexually adventurous group is horrified by the HIV disclosure. It is used as a dark, shocking reaction meme about hypocrisy, unexpected judgment, or an awkward confession.
