ISS Urine Tank Monitor

Text on the meme

macOS menu bar, iOS and visionOS app that shows how full the International Space Station's urine tank is in real time

What it means

A GitHub repository describes a macOS, iOS, and visionOS app that supposedly displays the fill level of the International Space Station’s urine tank in real time. The joke is the absurdly specific and unnecessary premise, presented with complete seriousness as open-source software. It works as a reaction to overengineered apps or oddly niche technology projects.
