Grandpa’s 1945 Christmas Doorstop
My grandpa found this in his backyard when he was 3 (we live in germany or france) we've been using it as a doorstop since and it's a Christmas tradition in my family to hit it with hammers. What is it? 1945 oh my god
A crude drawing shows a strange, heavily marked object used as a doorstop. The family supposedly hits it with hammers every Christmas, while the 1945 label strongly suggests it may be an unexploded World War II explosive. The joke is the moderator’s horrified realization that the harmless-looking family tradition could be extremely dangerous.
