What it means

A confused person is presented with a cluttered fake movie-download page full of green, blue, purple, red, and orange buttons. The joke is that older users are challenged to identify the correct download button, but every button uses contradictory labels and advertisements. It is sent as a reaction to confusing websites, scammy download pages, or generational debates about technology.
