A browser search for “coronavirus” cuts to a coronavirus statistics page showing millions of cases and deaths. The clip then shows code being edited to make the case count display zero, followed by a young man in a white coat and stethoscope staring seriously at the camera. Alan Silvestri’s heroic Avengers theme makes the absurd fake solution feel dramatically triumphant, turning the doctor’s deadpan pose into the punchline. It is used as a reaction to jokingly “solving” an impossible crisis with a superficial website hack.
